snappyHexMesh generates not planar surface

Hi,
I'm using snappyHexMesh to generate mesh on geometry with ellipse. Unfortunately generated surface (on the side), which I'm going to use to extrude, isn't planar. So extrudeMesh gives: "Wedge patch is not planar" [see pictures] I tired modifying number of cells in perpendicular direction from 3 to 20 and size of cells in base mesh - so these fluctuations are limited but they are still to high. I also tried forcing snappyHexMesh to iterate longer to make mesh smoother but it didn't help a lot. Does anybody have any idea what is wrong? Code:

Since I was going to create more advanced geometries - I gave up and used Ansys Mesh.
