If I use converToMeters in my blockmesh file to convert to cm (0.01) or mm (0.001), do I have to scale my other units also? Like pressure, velocity, viscosity etc?

Can't seem to find the answer. Thanks in advance.

Nope, convertToMeters is just used for meshing, actually a scaling factor for the vertex coordinates.
