Hello everybody,
I am going to add baffles like small fins inside a chamber. I am trying to do it by createBaffleDict. But before setting it I must define baffles in blockMeshDict. Is that correct? |

Quick answer: Study the tutorial case "incompressible/pimpleFoam/TJunctionFan".
Hint: You do not need to define the baffle in "blockMeshDict".

The "TJunctionFan" only needs "createBafflesDict", because the mesh already has the cell faces in the correct locations for converting the faces into baffles. If you're looking for more details, I strongly advise you to read this thread: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...-get-help.html |
