Problemetic Mesh

Hi everyone
I am using snappyHexMesh for meshing. I did meshig, it is working fine. But there are some bad sectors in mesh as you can see in fig. can you please tell how can I remove these bad sectors |

Maybe the bad cells are only visualization issues (especially if what you are visualizing is a section or a clip..)? Have you tried to enable VTKPolyhedron in Paraview?
