Uniform prism cells with blockMesh

Hello, OpenFoamers,
I was wondering, is it possible to generate a uniform prism (see the 2nd figure)? Please take a look at the attached files. First prism is created by blockmesh, in which the cells are obvious skew, and have large aspect ratio on top; especially when the number of cells is increasing.
