One can find a collection of bash scripts that that can be used to download and install Docker containers with various OpenFOAM versions from Docker Hub.
Each version has a corresponding install script and a start script, that runs the container in interactive mode.

This can be useful if you want to quickly test whether something runs/compiles for a particular OpenFOAM version but don't want to compile/install it on your actual machine.
Scripts tested on Ubuntu 1804, the code in the scripts is adapted from that provided by OpenCFD and the OpenFOAM Foundation, so one could find individual scripts across the internet, what I did is just put them under one roof and named consistently.


Included versions are all of those released by OpenCFD and starting 4.1 from the Foundation.
