I've been playing around with the OpenFOAM-4.1 docker image. It works great. Paraview works great. BUT, how in the heck to I add new utilities (i.e. perturbU, swak4foam, etc.) to the image? If I can't add to it, how do I copy and modify it?

Ok. Nevermind. Turns out you just download everything to the correct folder and run wmake while in the docker image. If anyone has any tips/tricks for working with the OpenFOAM docker images, I would love to hear them. Ultimately, it would be really nice to have a custom image that I can distribute to all of my different machines and keep all of them updated with a simple "git pull" like statement.
