Hello,

I am using foam-extend 4.0 and it does not have the wall shear stress function that seems to be available in non extend versions of openfoam. So what is the best method to calculate wall shear stress when using foam-extend 4.0 and solids4Foam?

Thank you in advance
Merlin

I have managed to find a simple solution to this.

It just involves entering:
Code:
  wallShearStress -region fluid

after having reconstructed the case.
