I'm attempting to simulate flow through an aortic valve. At certain time points throughout the simulation the valve will be closed. This obviously creates issues with conformal mesh motion. Is it possible to run solids4Foam with an immersed boundary (or overset) solver, which may handle the closed valve geometry easier? If so, will solids4Foam consider the contact forces between the closing heart valve leaflets?
