you can easily export from fluent to abaqus
file>export select abacus from the menu |

If you only want do post-process, ensight do it well... But, you if want to solve something, you may use MPCCI or just import the abaqus mesh into the fluent12... the last version of fluent has a tool to interpolate the CFD results into an abaqus mesh... it works great...
