Greetings!
Lot of people ask for open source version of 3D Panel Method program and they often come here at CFD Online although Panel methods do not exactly fit into CFD. On this page www.3dpanelmethod.com you will find my work licenced under GPL, that means that it is free (see licence on website for aditional details about GPL). Code is written in Matlab, Scilab and Octave and porting to FORTRAN (solver only) is about to start.
