Hi, everyone

I'm about to start research in the FSI (Fluid-solid-interaction) field.
So far, I've worked mostly on multiphase flow, particle-laden flows, and LES. If you have any advice that could boost my literature review and help me find new and trending areas, I would really appreciate it.

By the way, I would like to focus on the numerical and methodological aspects of FSI.

Thanks.

Hi Amirhossein!

I'm currently working with DNS and Modal Stability analysis for aeroelastic systems, and nowadays I'm seeing a lot of effort in wind turbines DNS simulations accounting for Galloping, Flutter, and VIV of the base, and there's certainly a lot of room for research.

There's a lot of room in Low order modelling as well, and the use of these concepts in FSI is really new.

Hope I could insight you somehow.

Cheers.

The variable locations of force and heatflow variables for all Fluent
participants are set to 'Element'. Make sure that this is consistent with
the setup within Fluent. When importing the SCI file (this includes running
inside Workbench), you can control the locations of these variables by
using the 'SYC_FLUENT_CONSNODAL' environment variable. For more
| information, refer to System Coupling User's Guide.
