Ship design isn't in my area of interest, so I only have very limited advice. Search on youtube for "ansys ship drag simulation", "ansys hull drag simulation", "ansys ship propeller simulation".


You can do the simulations for the hull drag and the propulsion separately, as that would be faster, and would give you somewhat meaningful results.
