Hello forum,
i am currently trying to do a coupled cf-thermal- simulation: I have a pipe with a hot water flowing inside. The pipe-wall is 2 mm thick and i am interested in the steady- state temperature-field in that wall. Which boundary condition should i apply on the outer wall of the pipe? Lets say the pipe-wall is made of aluminium and the outer medium is air at some temperature. How do engineers solve that kind of problems? Best regards. |
