Good Morning everyone,

I am a student at Cranfield University, and I am actually working on a project to validate my master, concerning the DSMC method. I am supposed to work on the Fortran codes from Bird but unfortunately, theses codes are not available anymore on the Internet (leading to an error 404 on Bird website). My supervisors adviced me to ask here if someone still have theses codes (DS2V.f90) and can share it with me. That could litteraly save me !

best regards

Marin

Learning "Google Dorking" will be helpful for your research.
I googled "file: DS2V.f90" and the first link shows the website for the DS3V code.

http://www.gab.com.au/page5.html

In this website, I found the link to the DS3V executable.

http://www.gab.com.au/DS3V.EXE

Based on the URI nomenclature used by the website creators, I changed the DS3V to DS2V and found the DS2V executable.

http://www.gab.com.au/DS2V.exe

After some recon, I also found the downloads page.

http://www.gab.com.au/downloads.html

I has a lot of links and also some software called DS2.exe. Don't know how it is different from DS2V.exe.

Many user manuals also seem to be present.

The downloads page also has some links to DLL files that need to be included in the executable directory. You might need to download them too.

Found the page for DSMC code.

Found the page for DS1V code.

http://www.gab.com.au/page3.html

Found something for a QKrates program

Found something for a Turbo V program.

Didn't find the Fortran source codes in the last 10 minutes I have been searching. They might be somewhere available, but currently I didn't find them.
