I am developing a solver for two dimensional turbulent, isothermal, non-reactive single phase flow in general domains

Could you please suggest for me some cases/papers for that type of flow as I need to verify my code ?, particularly the experimental cases.

Thank you

I would suggest:

HTML Code:
https://turbmodels.larc.nasa.gov/index.html
for turbulent cases and

HTML Code:
https://cfl3d.larc.nasa.gov/Cfl3dv6/cfl3dv6_testcases.html
for general test/verification cases

If you are using a 2d model then you are using RANS, thus you should be aware of how the experimental measurements are averaged to be congruent to the solution. I suggest to start with the backward facing-step flow.
Try to search also in the AGARD test cases
