Hello Dear Sirs and Madams,

I am currently trying to find a suitable problem for my M.S. thesis, which I have decided to be on near wall turbulence according to my advisor's opinion. However, I am having trouble generating a problem, or finding possibilities in the literature. I would like to work on computational combustion for my Ph.D., so it would be great if you can suggest some open areas or problems in "near wall turbulence" that contains heat and mass transfer as well.

I am looking for suggestion which can help the decide my exact problem for my thesis. Any suggestion, from a recommended reading material to a specific application area is welcome

Best Regards

Ali

Part of your masters/PhD progress is identifying an interesting problem. I recommend you take a look at the literature in your field of interest until you find something interesting.

I suggest to have a look to the Annual Briefs and Summer School reports of the CTR.
