Default 2d pipe flow analysis help

I need to throw the interface in the middle of a 2D pipe, then I want to define a flow to the right. After that I need to speed up with a different flow from the left and examine the mixture

ın setup, ı chosen Volume of fluid etc... but where ı dont know my error
