Hello amin_danger2,
I did not open the code, but can give you some simple guidelines. If you know the theoretical details of the FEM code (and you should), you can convert it to FVM quite simply. Basically, you should replace the shape function by assuming constant values within a cell. You then have to go into more subtle issues of how the boundary conditions were implemented and change them is a similar manner, and also address the cell face treatment by selecting one of several possible approaches.
