Hi,
May I ask is there also a conduction contact resistance for flow-solid conduction heat transfer like solid-solid conduction heat transfer? Or since there is no gas between fluid-solid, the contact resistance is 0?

It depends on how clean the surface is. Also, if there is a thin layer on the solid surface (oxidization, paint, chrome coating, ...) that cannot be modeled explicitly for cheap, then you might want to use a contact resistance.
