I would like to know if it is possible for me to draw contours in FLUENT while the mesh does not show

you can disable the draw grid in display panel in fluent

thank you for your reply. Yes, it works, but when I have drawn my contour or vector and remove the mesh it shows an empty box.
Can you please give me the exact procedure to draw a contour without the mesh showing.
what I clicked; Display > Mesh > Display
I have attached the pictures to show what I mean

your case is 2d, so you should not select any surface to display contour.
I send two picture for you. see these pictures and follow them.

mojtaba1365 and ioc,
I did uncheck the draw mesh box, but it still displays the mesh. Check it in this pdf I would attach

I got it.
follow this:
display-contour-do not select any surface in surface panel- select Filed.
you have selected all the surfaces, but you should not do this work

I was asked to apply law of the wall http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_the_wall to my cylinder wall, dont know whether FLUENT does this.

you can run your case and then compare your results with the law of the wall formula...
