Hi, everyone,
I have a question about UDF: I copy and paste the code from the FLUENT UDF manual and save it as a .c file. What should I do then? In the FLUENT UDF manual, Ch5.2, there is a note: " Note that if you are running serial or parallel FLUENT on a windows system, then you must have Microsoft Visual Studio installed on your machine and have launched FLUENT from the Visual Studio console window to compile a UDF" But how to "launch FLUENT from Visual Studio console window"? Best regards, Sean |

Open the command prompt of visual C++. Then drag the fluent shortcut from your desktop to that command prompt. The fluent will be launched.
I hope it helps you. |
