Unsteady Statistics- incorrect calculation, etc.

Have a few questions about unsteady statistics. I'm performing a DES calc of flow around a bluff body. Before the bb the flow is basically steady. After, it is dominated by large-scale, coherent structures.
I "sampled for time statistics" over a large number of iterations, but the statistics are incorrect. The mean velocity components before the bb should approximately match the instantaneous quantities- they are almost an order of magnitude off. Any ideas? Also, some cases are failing to write unsteady statistics in the data file. Any help would be greatly appreciated! -john |
