I am solving a conjugate heat transfer flow problem without heat generation. A heat exchanger pipe keeps showing some unreal temperature at a few cells in solid domain. The convergence of the problem looks fine. Anyone can give me some suggestions? Thanks

For CHT problems..one has to use...double precision solver, 2nd order dicretization and close control on near wall treatment..afterall the boundary layer prediction matters in CHT...if you have followed all the above..and still getting the same problem...probably mesh is the culprit...check your problem...
