moving heat source

friends, how do i model a moving heat source in fluent? its suppposed to move along a straight line path.also how should i model it for a circular path? this is for a welding application. please help.....

Obtain X, Y coordinates for the path..and source = function(x,y) combined with Temperature source.....is it hard?
