use quit (ANSYS Fluent R18.2 Academic).
q does not work. https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Flu.../ug/node49.htm |

Code:
To move back to the previously occupied menu, type q or quit at the prompt. q or quit both works unless your system has a strange parser |

Hey guys,
On that note, can anyone remember what the key shortcut is so you dont have to type the whole command? similar to how TAB works on linux. For example if the text is "write-settings" I believe there is a way where I can just write "write-se" then hit a key and it will finish the line. |

there is not "shortcut" key
however, for "write-settings" you may even write "ws" if there are no options which could be called as "ws" (for instance if except "write-settings" there is "write-surface-clusters" "ws" could call both this functions, so you may use "wset" instead)
