Hi all,

F_AREA can be used to returen the real face area vector(or "face area normal") of a given face f in a face thread tf in fluent document 5.2. well, that is F_AREA(A,f,tf) will return A(area_vector).

what I am confused is what is A(area_vector).If in 2D, what is A[0] and A[1]?

Hope your help.Thanks! Doris

in 2D,A[0] is the area normal to x direction,A[1] is the area normal to y
