Default Question about flow in ducted fan in another duct

Hi, I am trying to use Fluent to simulate the flow in a ducted fan, there is another larger duct outside of the ducted fan (Just like a turbofan engine, but the fan is within the smaller duct). How would the flow look like? Is there any flow through the bypass duct? If so, is there vortices generated in by pass duct? How to set up this run in Fluent? Many thanks.
