Hi everybody!
Have you already used the wall motion ? in the boundary conditions dialog box? I've got a 2d-case where the wall is moving around an external Z axis (external to the wall). I think it's not possible to set it up with the "rotation" option in the wall boundary conditon dialog box ( I saw that in the documentation!).thus I choosed to set it up with the velocity components( Vx & Vy). but it seemms to be not working, cuz I expect to find a positive incidence of the foil (my wall) while it gives me a negative one !! the question is : DOES FLUENT PERFORM THE VELOCITIES COMPOSITION ITSELF (I mean, the inlet uniform velocity with the wall velocity ) OR NOT ??? thanks for any help |
