I am performing a simulation of supersonic flow across a complex body.
Let us take a car, for example. I have generated an enclosure, subtracted the body from it, gave necessary boundary conditions and made named selections for inlet outlet and car wall. I need to find the drag acting on a specific surface. For eg, drag force on the front glass, drag force on the headlights, etc separately. How to do this?
My difficulty is that when I select drag force while creating a new report definition, only inlet, outlet, and car wall appears in drop-down menu. I am unable to select a specific surface. Any ideas, folks?

You will have to create named selections for the individual faces in meshing. If you name the individual faces named you can calculate the drag force on each face.
