I want to know where can I find a reference study or a full analysis of cooling a heat plat with heat flux on one side by airflow on the other side

Search "forced convection cfd study". Here is an example:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/scienc...Qy041HPgW#fig1

Google Scholar is another great place to search for academic papers.

Also, there is a lot of good tutorials on YouTube if you need help creating your own study. Again, search for "Forced Convection", "Electronics cooling", Etc.

Actually the paper that I need should include the geometry dimensions, the specific mesh settings, mesh information, all boundary conditions, and the results
Unfortunately I couldn't find such paper in these sites that you have sent

You won't find a paper on this problem but you might find it in a paper. There's an analytical solution for this problem so you won't find "research" on it but you will find it in research.
