Hello,

currently I'm trying to change an input parameter via a journalfile.
I tryed the solution from #2 in Input Parameters in Fluent Standalone
but that doesn't seem to work anymore.

I tryed
Quote:
/define/parameters/input-parameters/edit "nameofParameter" newValue
as well, but that doesn't work either. If I enter these commands in the GUI of Fluent he does not even list "edit" for either "input-parameters" nor "parameters" as an option.
Have they changed the command or how could I get it to work?

Thanks in advance!
Lukas

most likely you don't have any parameters yet.
to create a parameter do following

Code:
define parameters input-parameters advance use-in udf-side "parameter_name" value
udf-side could be changed with scheme-proc in case you want to use this parameter in scheme
farbflash_ likes this.
