Hello,
I am currently modeling a 2D nozzle and its exhaust plume in fluent. I would like to simulate this with the products of the combustion flowing from the inlet (end of the combustion chamber, which is an edge as this is a 2D problem) while the fluid domain is the ambiant atmosphere (air). By using the mixture-template, I can set the products at the inlet but it seems that i cannot asociate this setting with a domain filled with air. Does someone have an idea ? Thank you for your answers! Last edited by leo56; April 15, 2021 at 05:59. |

Hello
Have you seen the tutorial files provided by Ansys? Their example is similar to what you described your model to be. If this is still a problem, can you share some images of the mixture template and boundary condition of the problem area? Regards |
