setup problem

After clicking on setup in the setup window nothing appear. It says Cleanup script file is C:\Users\Acer\cleanup-fluent-DESKTOP-6UCPJVO-9936.bat
> and nothing happens. This is new to me, while opening my previously saved file setup, it works fine but for new project, I create geometry and mesh and for setup window this happens |

If the tick mark on Mesh is not green, do not open Fluent since the mesh is not ready. If it is green, then close setup and open again. If it is not green, just right click on Mesh and select Update or Refresh. This is new in newer versions.
