SUB:error regarding save the model of ANSYS FLUENT

i have use the ANSYS 2019 R2 STUDENT VERSION.
i have model as per steps like 1)geometry then 2)messing then 3)setup
all task completely with zero error
but when i cancel all task and save from ANSYS WORKBENCH
FROM task bar-file>save>d drive(file name)
then model will save with appropriate name
but after that when i open this model there is shown error regarding save and model will be corrupted. solution will not open.
i have try so much but there is same error in all models .
please help me .....my project has sttoped because of this kind of error since 1 month

One thing you can do is to check for the existence of the files in your harddrive. If those files are there, then you don't need to worry. Open the project in WB, go to View > Files, and then right click on each file and select Repair.

I had the same error. I realized that my folder path has Turkish character like "ş","ö" . So changed it and the error gone.
