I'm using DPM method for mist cooling in rectangular channel. I set up model then initialize, patch initial temp and run calculation. Result is that temp falls below operating condition/initial temp. what could be the reason behind it?

But when I run same setup for air flow without using DPM, I get expected results and temp doesnt fall below atmospheric temp.

I have checked following things
-Operating temp in boundary conditions 298.15 K
-patch 298.15 K to zone to apply initial condition.
-ever other temp while applying boundary condition is greater than 298.15 K

I'm attaching screenshot of temp counters from DPM.
Please help me out, any kind of help is greatly appreciated.

I think that it is what you have to expect. If you spray water droplets in an air flow, then the water will evaporate, which needs heat, therefore the temperature of the air decrease.
