Which among the RANS turbulence model is preferred best for CFD simulation of external wing bodies?

Steady state simulation: k -w SST or Realizable k-eps model good choice.
Transient simulation is SA -DDES best choice.

You can try to use openfoam (k-w SST model and SA -DDES)
You can try my GUI software (RANS-AERO 2.0) which is based on OPENFOAM Windows 15.06.

or Drivaer model setup as well.
