Hi All,
I am solving conjugate heat transfer problem where my mesh count is around 30 million. I am having different cases with slight change in mesh. If I want to apply same boundary conditions for all the cases currently I am using file/read/name.bc command but it is taking more than 4 hours to execute. Please suggest me any quick way to assign saved boundary conditions to different case file. (replace mesh is also taking longer time) Regards, Sunil

You're overthinking it. Use the modify/boundary-conditions to assign them to each case

Hi LuckyTran,
Yes you are right, but with the present method it is taking longer time so I started searching an alternative. Regards, Suneel |

All the settings are stored in the .cas file, which if saved in ascii format is a giant text file. Opening each and every .cas file with a 30 million cell mesh will take time...
