ujjwalmohanty is on a distinguished road
For Re = 100
1) Characteristic Length = 2m; Density = 1 kg/m^3; Viscosity = 1 kg/m-s; Velocity = 50 m/s
2) Characteristic Length = 2m; Density = 1 kg/m^3; Viscosity = 0.02 kg/m-s; Velocity = 1 m/s

Will both the cases give similar results like Cd, Cl, Velocity and Pressure Contours etc. ?

blackmask will become famous soon enough
For incompressible flow, they should result in identical non-dimensionalized quantities. For compressible flow, as far as Mach number is low, they should give similar results.
