This error message has already been discussed at: error while reading mesh in fluent

Typically, the folders and names of files should not have spaces. Use "_" or "-" to indicate spaces.

First of all, remove the spaces in the names of your files and folders. You have one space in the "akis 2_files" folder and one space in the filename "airfoil-2 dat.gz" which is also not saved as a .dat.gz file (missing the dot).

Saving and loading the case/data files are now located under File > Export and File > Import, respectively. For exporting data from XY Plots, tick the "Write to File" under options before clicking the "Write..." button.

Read the users guide and tutorials (available in the help section) for detailed step by step instructions for setting up and running simulations in Fluent. There are also third party tutorials available online, such as from Cornell University.
