Hi everyone,

I am trying to simulate the non-premixed combustion of an industrial burner and I am having this message throughout the whole simulation. The number of cells affected vary from iteration to iteration but I canīt seem to get rid of it. After the simulation is "converged", there are around 30,000 cells affected out of 3M.

Iīve read through other threads with similar issues but in my case the simulation is converging to what appears to be a correct solution. The temperature contours look good but I am not completely confident due to these messages.

I have been monitoring the minimum temperature in the domain and it appears to be 2 K smaller than the temperatures I set at the air/fuel inlets (Tinlet = 291.15 K) while there is no heat taken from the domain. All boundary conditions are temperatures taken from a Berl combustor simulation. Can anyone help me with this?
