I'm solving a problem of store separation from an aircraft. The 6 DoF module works fine; however,I'm encountering a problem in re-meshing the region (2) in between the aircraft and the store. The near-store region (1) remains intact with the store due to passive motion, and the region under the store re-meshes fine.
The boundary layer on the aircraft remains intact, but the mesh just under it, elongates (2). I need help in re-meshing this elongated mesh. The settings for re-meshing and smoothing are also shown in snapshots.
