Hi everybody,
I have a simple question I am working on flow in porous media. for beginning, I simulate the one phase(incompressible) flow in porous media core with 30 cm long and 5 cm diameter. the boundary condition for the problem was: inlet-velocity of 0.1 m3/s for inlet outflow for outlet the problem was that after solving, the pressure at the end of the core is negative. does anyone know why? |

Pressures in Fluent are gauge pressures.
Did you check specifically the absolute pressure variable or are you looking at static (gauge) pressure? |
