Fluent parametric analysis with workbench runs solwly

I set the inlet velocity as para1(input parameter) and set the pressure drop of inlet and outlet as para2(output parameter). And then I added some design points to workbench. After updating all these design points, it runs slowly. When I run Fluent separately, a design point with be solved with 10 mins using parallel. But it took 3 hours for 2 design points working with workbench. I am not sure what's wrong here. Noticed that the CPU usage was always below 1% when working with workbench and it had 4 fl_mpi1700.exe( I set 4 cpus for Fluent).

Well, I restarted ANSYS Workbench again and it worked well.
