Hi, when I try and open fluent in parallel on my desktop after setting up my mesh I get the following error and fluent automatically closes
"Exception of type 'Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexNotAvailableException' was thrown." I can find out little about this error but I have seen it in a couple of places elsewhere in this forum without and successful solutions, I have parameters setup that I was planning on using to simulate different rotational speeds, could this be causing the problem, I have run similar cases in the past using a Fixed rotational speed and time step without a problem. also I my problem is set up in 2d with about 230k elements Can anyone help? any help would be deeply appreciated, thanks in advance. |

This looks like a workbench error message not Fluent.

Hi LuckyTran,
thanks for your input, do you know what could be causing it within workbench? Thanks |
