Default boundary condition in Spalart allmaras model

Hi
is it possible to use velocity inlet boundary condition in modeling airfoil with using Spalart Allmars?or just using pressure far field?

Yes. You can use Velocity inlet. Energy equation is not a must to solve in this approach.
But if you use pressure far field and ideal gas option then energy equation is a must to solve
