Hey there,
can anyone help me in the procedure to create a curved surface or plane ? Generally by specify cordinated or point and normal a flat rectangular plane can be created. But how to create a curved plane the purpose is to evaluate surface integral of velocity in fluent. |

Hi, can't you create this geometry in the geometry creation of your model and then mesh it and set the BC's for these surface as interior? Then you can compute all the integrals you want. Another approach, is inside FLUENT on the menu Surface==> Quadric... you can create a plane surface, a sphere and another kind with polynomials. I hope this helps you. Regards
