HI :
guys ,i am simulating a centrifugal compressoe which contains an impeller and a diffuser, the BC is : pressure inlet, mass flow outlet ,in the simulation ,it shows that
Warning: boundary Mach number exceeds maximum limit on mass-flow-inlet-7 on 640 faces
bounding Mach number to maximum limit =9.800000e-01

my quetion is : what does it mean and what i should do to solve lt ?

Probably the flow is choked!! Decreasing the mass flow rate would help!!
