How to calculate Mass moment of Inertia for 6DOF

Hi,
Can anyone help me how to calculate the mass moment of inertia of a rectangular object. i.e.,Ixx,Iyy,Izz. Thanks in Advance. Regards, Vigii |

Solid cuboid of height h, width w, and depth d, and mass m.
Moment of inertia solid rectangular: I_h = m/12(w^2 + d^2) I_w = m/12(d^2 + h^2) I_d = m/12(w^2 + h^2) |
