problem in using parallel process in fluent 14

Default problem in using parallel process in fluent 14

Hi
I installed Ansys 14 at a computer with 16 CPU and 12G Ram.when I run fluent under 8 cpu, it runs correctly and the massage is:

There is your problem.
Your license server is down or you only have a single HPC Pack or not enough fluent_par licenses?
